Daily activities are structured to instill discipline and self sustainability. From yoga and meditation, to hiking and exercise in our home gym, we strive to strengthen the mind and the body of those in recovery. On weekends, we take day trips to various sites and activities depending on the season. Examples of weekend trips include hiking, boating, fishing, whale watching, skiing/snowboarding, and so much more. We strive to provide fun experiences that allow residents to enjoy sobriety together and bond through these experiences.
Daily meetings are critical in achieving long term sobriety, from group therapy to one on one meetings, structure is essential in our program. Meetings include individual, group, family inclusive, goal oriented, and more. Licensed therapy can be provided at an extra cost with providers off site.
